Why should I trust a new brand?

We think the fact that we are a new brand is what makes our products and the customer service you get interacting with us great. We designed these hats for us and our friends, so we're always happy to chat shop with fellow mountain users. While we may be new, we still use the same factories as the top brands with access to the best materials available. This means you get a product designed for your specific needs but made at the same quality as any "top" brand in the outdoor sports world.

 

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 3 year warranty on manufacturing defects. Our products are made to be used in the harshest conditions and we stand by their durability. If you encounter a problem don't hesitate to reach out via Contact Us form. We'll do our best to take care of you whatever the problem is.

 

Where's my order?

Once your order ships you'll get a notification with a tracking number included. We generally ship orders via Canada Post (or US Post if you're south of the border). If you encounter a problem don't hesitate to reach out via Contact Us form.

 

How long does it take to ship an order?

We ship straight from our homes to yours. We endeavour to ship orders 1-3 business days after they come in (sometimes same day). However, we also love to be in the mountains, so please bear with us if shipping takes a little longer. If there is a reason you need your order by a specific date (e.g. a birthday or Christmas) just let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you by then.

 

Can I pick-up my order?

Of course! If you're in Revelstoke or Squamish, BC select pick-up at checkout, we'll then reach out to coordinate a time for you to drop by and pick up your new hat.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship throughout North America. Stay tuned Europe!

 

Can I wash my hat?

Definitely! In fact, please wash regularly! Our hats come with a DWR treatment to provide water resistance. Over time dirt from the environment and oils from your body can clog up the fabric and undo the magic of DWR.

We recommend cold or warm wash with other outerwear. You can hang dry and then reactivate the DWR with a quick dryer program.

You can also use a tech wash like Nixwax to prolong the lifetime of the DWR finish.

 

Where are the hats made?

We're proud to manufacture our hats in Canada.

 

Do you offer pro deals?

We made our hats to adventure in the mountains, if you're lucky enough to be paid to do this or work in a company supporting this we offer an industry discount of 40% off retail. Reach out with more information about what you do via Contact Us form. Note shipping for pro deals is at your expense.
